Job Summary



We need a Tech-driven sales professional for the position of Information Technology and Partnership Supervisor to Lead technology-driven business growth by managing IT infrastructure, building strategic partnerships, implementing digital sales and marketing initiatives, and leveraging data and technology to expand market reach, improve customer engagement, and deliver innovative microinsurance solutions to targeted customer segments. 



Digital Marketing & Business Development




  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition and brand visibility.

  • Coordinate internal digital marketing activities across multiple online platforms.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives for improved results.

  • Support lead generation and customer retention initiatives.

  • Track digital sales performance against approved business targets.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to increase market share.



Requirements 




  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or any related discipline. 

  • Master's Degree will be an added advantage. 

  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or related certifications will be an added advantage. 

  • Minimum of 5–7 years' progressive experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, "Business Development", Sales, Partnerships, or related functions. 

  • Experience within the Insurance, Microinsurance, Financial Services, Fintech, or Microfinance industry is highly desirable. 

  • Previous experience working with Cooperatives, Trade Associations, MFIs, or Financial Inclusion programmes will be an added advantage.
